Interviewing to Win is not an employment/staffing agency, out-placement company, a government job career center or a social service agency that only prepares job seekers with just the basic job search and interviewing skills. I’ve interviewed over 1,000 job seekers throughout my management career, for entry level to management positions. I know the important things that an interviewer looks for. I know how to teach that to your employees to help them stand out in their interviews compared to their competition. I’ve been there. I know what works. I know how and what to teach them to impress their interviewer/s.

The respect comes from one’s strong work ethic. The trust comes from one’s being a person of their word and the believing in you comes from you being for your team members.

 

  1. The greatest treasure a person can acquire is a good name. What it all comes down to is how you’re thought of by your family, friends, co-workers and community.

 

  1. It’s never too late to be the person you could have been. I’ve always believed you aren’t who you were yesterday but who you are today.
