A COMPANY’S WORST NIGHTMARE
Having to inform their employees, many who have been loyal team members for 20 + years, that the company is closing/downsizing and their jobs will be eliminated.

Having confidence they will be made a job offer, for a job they will enjoy and a company that they will want to work for, in a very short period of time.

WHY HIRING AN OUTSIDE JOB SEARCH/ INTERVIEWING SPECIALIST IS THE BEST DECISION A COMPANY CAN MAKE TO BENEFIT ALL OF THEIR DOWNSIZED EMPLOYEES.
Interviewing to Win is not an employment/staffing agency, out-placement company, a government job career center or a social service agency that only prepares job seekers with just the basic job search and interviewing skills. The previously mentioned departments, companies, businesses/agencies accept their job seekers for who they are and coach them that way. I don’t. I treat all of my job seekers as to what they are capable of becoming and I help them become that.
I’ve always believed that people are far greater than any job they ever get to do and it’s my responsibility to bring out the very best in them.
It’s not about me. I realize that people don’t care what you know until they know that you care. Your employees will realize, from the very beginning, that I have a genuine interest in them. My approach is personal and hands on. I will work with them, tirelessly until they accept, not just any offer, but the right offer.
I relate to the pain they will be experiencing. I’ve been there myself, several times, and I know the stress, uncertainty, lack of confidence, feeling of failure and disappointment they will be experiencing. I will help them overcome that.
I’ve interviewed over 1,000 job seekers throughout my management career, for entry level to management positions. I know the important things that an interviewer looks for. I know how to teach that to your employees to help them stand out in their interviews compared to their competition. I’ve been there. I know what works. I know how and what to teach them to impress their interviewer/s.
